We want you to be completely happy with your Flytie, but if it’s not love at first sight, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all stickers intact. This helps us maintain the high quality we promise to every customer. Unfortunately, if your Flytie has already been used, we won’t be able to accept it back.

Once we receive your return and confirm that everything is in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. As a small independent business, we’re unable to cover return shipping costs, so we kindly ask that you return your item using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
